Many listings are open to everyone, including home buyers. Laboratory chemicals, antibodies and nanomaterials are sold for research, educational or industrial use. Unless the seller labels them otherwise, they are not for human or animal consumption and are not drugs, foods or cosmetics. Medical devices and tests should be used as directed by the manufacturer. Buyers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including OSHA, DOT/IATA hazmat, EPA, DEA (controlled substances and List I/II chemicals are not sold), export-control (EAR) and local regulations. Some sellers restrict hazardous or regulated items to business or licensed buyers. Read safety data sheets and keep chemicals away from children.

Seller accounts are available by application only, to licensed, established businesses that we verify and approve (for example manufacturers, authorized distributors, certified refurbishers, health systems, laboratory companies and pharma/biotech companies). Individuals and unlicensed businesses may buy but may not sell. We may ask for license copies, insurance and references, and may suspend sellers at any time. Approved business sellers list and sell their own items. The seller is responsible for the item's accuracy, legality, safe packaging and shipping. Payments are processed by Stripe and paid to the seller's connected account, minus the BioMedDXLabs marketplace fee shown at signup. Prohibited items include prescription drugs and devices restricted to licensed buyers, controlled substances and precursors, anabolic steroids, research peptides marketed for human use, injectable cosmetics, weapons and ammunition, select agents and toxins, radioactive materials, and recalled products. Hazardous materials must be shipped under DOT/IATA rules. Used equipment must be decontaminated. We review listings and may remove any listing or seller account at our discretion.
Buyer protection: If a seller item doesn't arrive or is significantly not as described, contact support@biomeddxlabs.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with the seller to resolve it, including a refund where appropriate.
